Before booking your appointment please note: We have a 48 hour cancelation policy. You will receive an email reminder as well as a text reminder in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Should you cancel within 24 hours or less, a cancellation fee of 50% of your service will be charged. This allows us to directly pay your service provider for the time they have reserved for you.

Late Arrivals

We understand, life happens! If you are running 5 -10 minutes late please give us a call to let us know that you are on your way.

Supple treatments are created to give the most benefit within the scheduled time frame. We make every attempt to accommodate late arrivals but in consideration to clients who have appointments following you, we may be unable to extend your service due to late arrival.

Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may require your appointment to be rescheduled.
